What do you do when you get stuck or feel blocked?
Pat: I take a walk, or listen to music, do something to completely take my mind off the problem. Doodle. Get lost in some type of creative play. Occasionally take a nap. If I'm really stuck I'll sleep on it, and usually have a solution in the morning because your creative mind is never asleep.
Brendan: I jump on my trampoline for 5 minutes, or get in the sauna and take a cat nap.
